WHAT IS A INSTALLMENT LOAN?

An Installment loan is a loan that is repaid with a fixed number of periodic payments, generally due on paydates. This loan gives you the flexibility of paying back your loan over a greater time period than a payday loan. A benefit of an installment loan is that you can repay your loan in full at any time or make additional payments without penalties.


WHAT DOES IT COST?

* Have a checking account

Does It Matter If I Have Bad Or No Credit?

It does not matter if you have bad credit or no credit at all. Applications do not involve credit checks from major consumer reporting agencies. Our loans are designed to help people in need of emergency cash. Target Finance understands that you may have had credit troubles in the past.


Is My Loan Secure And Confidential?

We transact all our loans on our secure SSL server, utilizing the industries highest-standard. Please review our privacy policy for more information.


When Will My Loan Be Due?

Your payments for your loan will be on the dates shown on your payment schedule in your loan agreement. Generally, your payments are due on your pay dates.


How will I know if I'm approved?

One of our Loan Managers will contact you and/or you will receive an email notification to complete the application process.


What if I can't make my payment on my due date?

You may request a 5 day courtesy extension of your due date with no additional fee. This option is available once per loan.


What laws apply when doing business with Target Finance, LLC?

Tribal law will apply to your loan agreement, not state law.


WHEN DO I REPAY?

Your repayment is the best part. There are options:

* For convenience, you can have the money paid directly from your bank account.

* Some choose to pay manually by mail by using Cashiers Check or Money Orders. Simply mail the payments to TARGET FINANCE, LLC, PO Box 581, Hays MT 59527

WHEN DO I GET MY MONEY?

In order to complete your loan and get your cash to you (typically the next business day), you MUST confirm your loan details. You will receive an email shortly with your Customer Service username and password. If you do not receive an email, please call toll free 1-800-346-9348.


HOW MUCH CAN I QUALIFY FOR?

How much you qualify for depends on a number of factors. To see how much you can qualify for, simply complete this fast two minute online application, speak with a loan agent and if you qualify, your cash in on the way. Usually the next business day! AND DO NOT WORRY, any CREDIT TYPE CAN QUALIFY, EVEN BANKRUPTCY, CHARGE-OFFS and BOUNCED CHECKS.


HOW CAN I MAKE MY LOAN PAYMENTS?

You have the choice of paying by ACH, debit, direct pay, cashier’s check, or money order.


CAN I GET MY DOCUMENTS ANOTHER WAY?

If you do not have a printer handy, there are several ways to get copies of your document to you. Customer Service can email them to any email address you request.

HOW DO I REPRINT MY LOAN DOCUMENTS?

You are able to reprint your loan documents at any time during the lending process and by revisiting the web site and logging into your customer portal page. If you need assistance on how to reprint your loan documents; contact Customer Service (TOLL FREE) at 1-800-346-9348. They can help you with the process or email your documents to an email address you request for later printing at another location.


I'M A LITTLE LOW ON FUNDS. CAN I GET AN EXTENSION?

If you are unable to make your regularly scheduled payment, please contact our Customer Service Department (TOLL FREE) at 1-800-346-9348. Our Agents will work with you to devise a payment plan that meets your needs.


HOW DO I PAY EARLY?

You may pay all or part of your loan in advance without penalty. In order to pay early please contact our Customer Service Department (TOLL FREE) at 1-800-346-9348.

We verify loan applicant information through credit reporting agencies such as Clarity, Factor Trust, and MicroBilt. We may obtain your credit information in order to determine your eligibility and ability to repay

Target Cash Now loans are designed to assist you in meeting your emergency borrowing needs and are not intended to be a long term financial solution. Examples of emergency reasons why these loans might be used include unexpected emergencies, car repair bills, medical care or essential travel expenses.

This is a term installment loan with approximate equal payments, but you have the right to prepay at any time

Customers also have the choice of paying by ACH (ACH, debit, e-check) and non-ACH methods (direct pay through cashier's check or money order)

Target Cash Now reviews your information in real-time to determine whether your information meets our lending criteria. You acknowledge that by completing and submitting the website application that you are applying for a loan. We verify applicant information through national databases including, but not limited to, Clarity and Factor Trust and we may pull your credit in order to determine your eligibility and ability to repay.

If qualified, borrowers maximum loan amount is $2,500. Lender cannot approve a new loan amount that exceeds the maximum amount advertised.

* Same Day Funding Disclaimer: Same Day Funding may be limited by funding time frames and cut off times. Applications processed and approved before 4pm PST Monday – Friday are typically funded on the next business day. You can request same day wire transfer up to 2pm PST Monday – Friday or next day wire transfer for loans processed on the weekends or bank holidays. Please verify with your bank as additional incoming wire fees may be assessed.

** COLLECTION AND USE OF BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

If we extend credit to a consumer, we will consider the bank account information provided by the consumer as eligible for us to process payments against. In addition, as part of our information collection process, we may detect additional bank accounts under the ownership of the consumer. We will consider these additional accounts to be part of the application process.

*** For underwriting and verification purposes only. We always obtain prior separate customer authorization when trying to obtain additional consumer bank account information as a potential payment options.
